(Having name of the proprietor)

Partnership

PAN Card of the Partners. Address Proof of the Partners. (DL/Voter id/Passport) Utility Bill of the proposed Registered Office. No-Objection Certificate from the Landlord. Rental Agreement Copy between the Partner and the Landlord. Partnership Deed. Bord Resolution form Authorized partners. Mobile no and email Id of the Partners.

LLP

1.PAN Card of the Partners.* 2.Address Proof of the Partners.(DL/Voter id/Passport)* 3.Utility Bill of the proposed Registered Office of the LLP* 4.No-Objection Certificate from the Landlord* 5.Rental Agreement Copy between the LLP and the Landlord* 6.Partnership Deed.* 7. Board Resolution form Authorized partners.* 8.Mobile no and email Id of the Partners.*

Pvt Ltd Company

1. Address proof of All Members. (Driving Licence/voter id/Passport)* 2. Identity proof of All Members.(PAN if Indian nationals)* 3. Identity proof of All Members. (Passport if foreign nationals) 4. Registered office address.* 5. Bank Statement of Members. 4. Lease agreement electricity bill (if Office is rented) (Latest month utility bill)* 5. NOC form landlord. (office is Own premises.)* 6. Obtaining a digital signature certificate of All partners* 7. Up to 2 name options can be given in 1 RUN name approval request.* 8. Board resolution authorizing investment in the company*
