  • Company passes a resolution in their general meeting the majority directors must agree for winding up

  • Passing a resolution for dissolution of the company
  • Digital Signature of Director (DSC).

(iii) Required Documents for Declaration of Commencement of Business (FORM-20A)

  • Copy of Incorporation certificate

  • DSC of Director.

(iv) Required Documents for Company KYC (Active Form) INC-22

  • Pan card of company
  • Incorporation certificate
  • Information about all associated directors
  • A photograph of the registered office of the Company in which one of the Directors of the Company is the present (internal and external photo)
  • Digital Signature of Director (DSC).

(v) Required Documents for DIR-3 KYC

(vi) Required Documents for Surrender of DIN

  • Identity proofs like Voters Identity Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card
  • In case a DIN is surrendered because a person is declared as insolvent or of unsound mind
  • then the court order must be attached. In case of surrender of DIN due to death of the person
  • then copy of death certificate must be attached
  • Digital Signature of Director (DSC).
